  • International Delivery: Estimated time is 15-20 business days. If the requested product is not in our stocks, import procedures will be initiated with your approval. The final delivery time may vary depending on the destination of the product and other characteristics of your order. Domestic Shipping:

  • Shipping is free for orders over 2500 TL within Turkey.
  • For orders under 2500 TL, the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed on the payment page.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and other characteristics of the order.

Order Tracking

Delivery Address

Damaged Product Delivery

Please check your package for any damage when you receive it. If there is visible damage to the package, please prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" with the cargo officer before accepting the product. This will facilitate your return or exchange process.
